Summer Consumer Culinary Classes
SANTA
ROSA, CALIFORNIA - The Kendall-Jackson Wine Club
has set its summer 2006 schedule of Consumer Culinary
Classes. The Kendall-Jackson Culinary Team, lead
by Executive Chef Justin Wangler, will conduct
each class. This exclusive Wine Club program is
a great way to learn more
about
wine and food, and is one of the many benefits
of being a member. Each class is focused on a
specialty food producer unique to Sonoma County.
Here are the dates and topics for each session:
*Saturday,
June 24-Cooking With Lamb (featuring CK Lamb)
*Saturday,
July 22-Cooking With Duck (featuring Liberty Duck)
*Saturday,
August 12-Cooking With Artisan Breads (featuring
Della Fattoria)The cost for each cooking class
is $80 per wine club member ($95 for non members).
The cost includes cooking demonstrations, printed
materials, wine tasting and dinner with the chefs.
The
Kendall-Jackson Wine Center, located at 5007 Fulton
Road in Santa Rosa, is easily accessed from Highway
101 by using the River Road (northbound) or Fulton
Road (southbound) exits.
